Let me share with you some news about our previous meeting!
October 26

1) LIFEWe were talking and reading about the history of early Church and mentioned the holy apostle John the Theologian with his disciples and faithful successors: St Ignatius the Bishop of Antioch, called the God-bearer http://www.fatheralexander.org/booklets/english/saints/ignatius_godbearer.htm
and St Polycarp of Smyrna http://www.earlychristianwritings.com/polycarp.html.

Two of our students presented reports on their topics to the group. It was quite exiting to listen to them! We’ve heard about the Orthodox Worship and about the sin and its stages.
Part 1: Worship, praise, glory, thanksgiving, sermon, prominent, the corporate praise, experience His eternal Kingdom, the Age to come, join in adoration, Heavenly hosts, experience the glory.
Part 2: demonic provocation (suggestion), interview (conjunction), joining (pleasuring), captivity, burning, failure, seducement, mutual sin.3) VIDEO
We watched video «What Is the Orthodox Church? – Fr. Andrew Stephen Damick». We were very delighted to listen to such an amazing speech about the key ideas of the Orthodox faith.

Topic: The «great cloud of witnesses» from Hebrews 12:1-2. Saints in the Church.
